I love that you started your argument my defining racism. "Racism deals with a system that allows power, resources and access to be unfairly and unequally allocated to a group solely bc of race. Racism also deems one racial group as inferior and one as superior."

By this definition, yes, jokes aren't racist. In fact, ALL jokes on the planet should be allowed.

In my mind, every race-based sentence is "racist", there is no negativity attached to the term. Racial "discrimination" is bad, racial "jokes" on the other hand, I can live with. For example, I noted that my white friends are offended at white jokes just as the colored friends are at colored jokes. If you ask me, I love both.
